Privacy Policy

CaféOS Global operates a multi-tenant café management platform on behalf of café owners (operators). This page is provided for transparency and does not replace an operator's own privacy notice.

Data we process

Operator account data (owners, staff, roles), business data (menus, orders, inventory, payments metadata) and, where enabled by the operator, end-customer data such as name, email, order history and loyalty balance.

Payments

Card data is tokenized by the operator's payment processor. CaféOS never stores full card numbers, CVVs or expiry dates.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. All rows are protected by row-level security policies scoped to the operator's organization.

Your rights

End-customers should contact the operating café for access, correction or deletion of their data. Operators can contact privacy@cafeos.global.
