Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the CaféOS Global platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.

1. Accounts

Owners are responsible for the actions of the users they invite.

2. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no reverse engineering, no attempts to access other tenants' data.

3. Payments

Subscription fees are billed per active branch, monthly in advance.

4. Liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis; our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
